Yes. Our team works with English, Indonesian, and Russian-speaking clients daily. Consultations always start with a clear discussion of what you want and what is realistic for your hair history.
Haircuts start from 600k IDR (first visit), and include shampoo, conditioning and a blowdry. One-tone colour starts from 1,100k IDR; balayage and creative colour from 1,000k IDR per zone, full head from 3,400k IDR. Express face lifting at the spa is 600k IDR. The team, brands, and standards are identical. The difference is atmosphere and location — Ubud is our flagship, set in the jungle-edge Sanggingan area, slower-paced, often combined with a facial. Pererenan is in the Canggu surf belt, easier if you're staying in Berawa, Pererenan, or Canggu itself.
Yes — and we recommend it. The hair salon and facial spa in Ubud are in the same building. Book both together and you get 15% off the facial. Total time is around 2.5–3 hours; we can serve drinks and arrange the order so you only sit down once.
